🍋 Lemon Blueberry 🫐

🎉 Poppyseed shortbread base, thick layer of blueberry curd, heaping helping of lemon curd, and a soft and subtle blueberry buttercream.
This one is sweet, zippy, and great for those blueberry lovers out there 😊

🍓 Strawberry Rhubarb cookies who are, quite frankly, the tastiest, tangiest cookies that have ever existed 🗺️
Can we get a “woohoo” for a soft, chewy oat base?
👏 And a few claps of the hands for the tangy, zippy, absolutely delicious strawberry-rhubarb jam swirl (house made, as always) 🫙

🥣 Dare we suggest this as a breakfast cookie? It’s fruit, it’s oats, it’s… technically got a vegetable in it 🙂
