All our bread is baked in the original 1918 Peterson brick hearth oven. We have been using grandpa's recipes since 1918 no artificial flavours or preservatives in our breads. ALSO KNOWN AS "THE PACZKI PRINCE OF CANADA", AS SEEN ON CBC AND CTV. We offer retail sales as well as delivery wholesale, supplying better restaurants and banquet halls in the area.

Every loaf is hand-twisted to create that beautiful swirl you see in every slice. No two are exactly the same… but every one is delicious🍞
