Knead Artisan Breads, a division of Italia Bakery Wholesale Inc., was founded in 2015 by David Mancini, Artisan Baker. A classically trained baker, David studied Artisan Baking at the French Culinary Institute in NYC. He brought home his knowledge of sour dough and has been delighting gastronomes for nearly two years!
