Father’s Day Cookie Box Pre-Orders are here! And I’ve got to say… this box is out of this world delicious. So if you wanna swipe a box just for yourself - no judgement ! Father’s Day is also in ~7 days so make sure you grab yours!

Menu:

1. Billy Miner Cookie - a classic take on the Keg Steakhouse famous dessert. A decadently soft chocolate cookie topped with espresso buttercream, shaved almonds and a chocolate and caramel drizzle. Honestly- people are telling me this is the best cookie I’ve ever made, and I have to agree with them. I can’t wait for you to try it.
2. Mint Chip Cookie - one of my popular cookies from last summer, a mint chip ice cream cookie perfectly minty and chocolatey topped with minty buttercream icing. It’s honestly divine.
3. S’mores Cookie - it’s summer time so how about a classic summer treat? A cookie with chocolate ganache and torched marshmallows are the perfect nostalgic cookie.
4. Cookies and Cream Milkshake cookie - a cookies and cream cookie topped with cookies and cream icing and a mini Oreo on top!
5. Red Velvet Cookie - back by popular demand (me) the perfect red velvet soft and pillowy cookie with cream cheese chocolate chips.
6. Cookie Butter Cookie - this one is such a throw back and such a popular flavour I’ve been seeing for a while and I can tell why! A lotus/ biscoff cookie flavour that is soft and chewy and delectable.

A pretty frilly pink vintage chocolate cake for a photoshoot! Vintage cakes are so hard to pipe I’m not gonna lie, I think it’s up there with piping roses 😭. But this cake is giving feminine delicate vibes and I am loving it. Thank you for choosing South Bruce Baking!

A decadent 6” death by chocolate cake topped with chocolate chocolate and more chocolate! I love when I’m given creative freedom with cakes, that’s when I think my cakes truly come alive. A pop of green and a splash of gold make the luxurious finishing touches and I’m so happy with how it turned out!

Confession- I tried not once, not twice, but three times to make this also a drip cake. Apparently I can do anything except make a drip cake. Back to the drawing board on that one!

Charlotte is one ! Her berry 🍓 first birthday! This is an 8” vanilla cake with cute strawberries and strawberry flowers which is called fragaria (the more you know).

6 mouth watering flavours including:

Picture #1 - Earl Grey cookies with an elderberry and mixed berry icing. Perfect blend of floral and bergamot flavours makes this the ideal cookie for afternoon tea.

Picture #2 - Cranberry Orange shortbread cookie. The citrus and cranberry flavour is a combination that I just can’t get enough of! Not too sweet but perfectly satisfying.

Picture #3 - Brown Butter Snickers cookie. A thick chewy brown butter cookie with caramel peanuts and mini chocolate chips. How does it get better than that??

Picture #4 - Carrot Cake Cookie. A favourite that I’m bring back, a perfectly spiced carrot cake cookie with icing that has a hint of cream cheese tang, pecans and caramel to top it off.

Picture #5 - Pistachio Raspberry cookie. Exactly how it sounds, a rich butter pistachio based cookie pairs excellent with a tangy and sweet raspberry buttercream.

Picture 6 - Soft lemon sugar cookies filled with crunchy poppy seeds and frosted in a creamy lemon poppy seed frosting. A perfect afternoon cookie you or your mom will love.

God keep our land, glorious and free! 😀 so pleased with how this 6” red velvet Canadian themed cake turned out for a birthday. It took me a very long time to come up with a concept for a Canada themed cake that was cute and I’m so glad I took the time. A cute cabin in the woods and some fondant critters and don’t forget a Canadian flag and CN tower! I love being able to use fondant for accent pieces that you just can’t quite do with buttercream. That way you get the good taste and still the look you desire.
