Happy 80th Birthday M&J!! This magical two tier cake was an absolute joy to create. 6” lemon and 8” vanilla with hand made flowers from wafer paper. This is a technique I invented myself (at least I’ve never seen it done) and am so pleased with how it turned out.

Another beautiful “champagne birthday” cake with real roses and carnations and greenery! I love the concept for this one, and here’s a spoiler is that the mini bottle isn’t champagne, it’s actually wine, but of course I needed to get the pretty pink chrome bottle to match the flowers and theme! This is a 6” red velvet cake and from what I gathered from the feedback, it was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for choosing South Bruce Baking!

An adorable heart shaped wedding cake for a couple who tied the knot recently! This is an 8” vanilla heart shaped cake filled with cookie butter filling! The feedback I got from this cake was: Please tell the cake lady that it’s literally the best cake we’ve ever had!

A 6” farm themed cake for a first birthday!!! I am soo happy with how this turned out! I take pride in each and every one of my creations and I am always trying to wow my clients.

Let’s talk pricing!

Because each of my creations are unique and visually different, I never have a “one size fits all” price. For example this custom cake even though only a 6” took around 9 hours total to complete with all the fondant detailing. Custom cakes can be costly, but the memories and joy they bring, making events special (as well as the taste) are so worth it in my opinion, and I am lucky enough to have clients that agree!

Something gold purple and blue, fun whimsical and elegant for a recent birthday! Yes I know that the purple actually looks like cobalt blue but I promise it’s purple it’s just the lighting! I am so excited for all the projects I have coming up !! I am now booking into September and it’s filling up quick so make sure to reach out in advance so as to not be disappointed! :)

A cute 6” ninja turtle themed cake for Asher who is turning 6!! This cake is a perfect example of how to get the theme you are looking for without copyright infringement or ripping off artwork that doesn’t belong to you. This customer opted to get toy figures of ninja turtles and then I used the ninja turtle font to create a custom fondant lettering and pulled some themes from the show. Overall I think the concept turned out amazing! Thank you for choosing South Bruce Baking!
