MINIEGG. CHEESECAKE. 😍🤤 this cheesecake is made with mascarpone cheese (Italian cream cheese) instead of the American cream cheese that you probably think of when someone says "cheesecake". Mascarpone cheese has a higher fat content than regular cream cheese which gives the cheesecake a much richer and creamier texture!
