Bakers of all skill levels are welcome to join our bagel-making classes. We offer two classics experiences: one will guide you to make plain bagels with toppings, and to make one of your own bagels into our Pacific Smoked Salmon sandwich. The other class teaches you how to make Garlic Butter Cream Cheese as well as Apple Cinnamon bagels (4 each). In the mood for something more challenging?
