Brought ButterBites Silvanas from Toronto to Paris and they actually travel well! (8 hours)
A bit soft after the trip, but still that slight crisp + creamy center.

Silvanas are a classic Filipino dessert for a reason: crisp cashew meringue + silky French buttercream = melt + crunch.

Our version started as my grandma’s recipe, then my mom’s, then ours. We’ve been slowly refining it ever since.

We’re heading into our 3rd popup this Sunday (April 19th) at Stackt, and honestly, we’re still kind of processing how supportive the community has been.

Seeing repeat orders, especially right after someone’s first try, still surprises us every time.

If you’ve been ordering since we started, or you’ve come back again and again… thank you. You’re literally the reason we get to keep doing this. 😮‍💨

Most days it’s just the 2 of us behind the scenes (sometimes 4 when our partners are available to help out lol). We’re still figuring things out as we go and trying to get better every week. 💪

We stepped out of our comfort zone today 😂

This was our first time doing a little video like this and yes, we were a bit awkward on camera… but it was honestly so fun.

We really love the idea of local businesses supporting each other and showing up for one another.
