• ունի տարբեր տեսակի խմորեղեն պատրաստելու հմտություններ
• պատասխանատու է, ստեղծագործ և ուշադիր է մանրուքների նկատմամբ
2. Հացթուխ
Փնտրում ենք փորձառու հացթուխ, ով լավ տիրապետում է տարբեր տեսակի խմորների պատրաստմանը, այդ թվում՝
• Թթխմորով հաց
• Հայկական ավանդական մատնաքաշ հաց
• Տարբեր տեսակի հացերի պատրաստում
• Լավաշի արտադրության համար նախատեսված խմորի պատրաստում և մշակման ամբողջ գործընթացին և ճիշտ տեխնոլոգիային

Pastry & Cake Chef
We are looking for a skilled Pastry & Cake Chef who:
• Has experience designing and decorating cakes
• Can create beautiful and creative cake designs
• Is skilled in making a variety of pastries
• Is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking
Bread Master / Baker
We are also looking for an experienced Bread Master with strong knowledge of different types of dough and traditional bread-making techniques.
The ideal candidate should have experience with:
• Sourdough and different types of dough
• Armenian-style Matnakash bread
• Traditional bread-making techniques
• Lavash bread production
• Preparing and working with dough specifically for lavash
• Understanding the full dough preparation and production process
• Working with a lavash production line is a plus
We are looking for someone who understands the proper techniques for preparing, handling, and working with dough and can consistently produce high-quality bread.
