Some stories remind us that behind every small business is a dream worth pursuing. ❤️

Thank you, Daphne, for sharing ate Imee, Imelda Tabs journey and for recognizing the hard work behind Melrick’s Toronto.

From building a new life in Canada to bringing Filipino food and familiar favorites closer to our kababayans, every step has been part of the journey.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to support local Filipino businesses. 🇵🇭🇨🇦

May mga cake talagang nakaka-miss, lalo na kapag matagal mo nang hindi natitikman.

Yung custard cake na malambot, creamy, at sarap balik-balikan.

Isang slice, parang may konting lasa ng home. 🥰

One sip lang… tapos gusto mo na agad silang tawagan! 😂

Because some bowls of Batangas Lomi are just too good not to share.

Sino ang una mong tatawagan at sasabihan ng, “Immediately, come!”? 👀

Some days, you just want a bowl that hits the spot.

Warm, hearty, and full of the flavors that make Batchoy such a comforting Filipino favorite.

𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸'𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘆, La Paz-inspired, brings together noodles, pork, liver, egg, crispy bits, and green onions in a rich, savory broth made with natural flavors.

Inspired by the beloved Batchoy of Iloilo, it's Melrick's take on a bowl that's meant to be enjoyed warm, filling, and satisfying.

The kind of bowl you reach for when you're craving a little comfort.

Some flavors don't just satisfy a craving. They bring you back home. ❤️

Jannah, salamat po for sharing your first taste of Melrick's Siopao with us. 🥰

We heard you‼

Since our Signature Pork Siopao started making its rounds, we’ve also been seeing your suggestions:

Bola-bola?
Chicken?
Asado?
Beef?

Ang dami nang suggestions! 😅

Baka meron pa iba diyan!

We’ve been hearing you ask about more Siopao flavours, so…

𝗜𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸’𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗼 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁?

Tell us in the comments. 👇

We’re listening. ❤️
