Behind the Bakehouse

Some of the most important work at Noeli’s Bakehouse happens before the day even really starts.
In the early mornings, I try to grab those extra minutes before heading to my 9–5 to pre-make cake toppers, prep little details

Those quiet morning moments often look like cutting, layering, tracing, planning, and putting together the tiny details that will eventually help bring a cake to life. It’s a small window of time, but it makes a big difference.
