Looking for some vegan/gf options for this season? As a gift or perhaps to bring along to a dinner invite? Or even just to enjoy in the comforts of your home?
Here are a few goodies we are mixing up before we close up The Queen V bakery to make way for a new and growing opportunity.

Fresh Baked Muffins 🫐

We'll let you in on a little secret...we are crazy picky about our muffins! And the recipe for these are years in the making, and even still, only a select few sometimes work out and those are the only ones we give to you!

With a huge, crunchy muffin top, and a fluffy, bouncy interior...these are how (in OUR opinion) muffins should be made!

And we do a whole variety of flavors such as Chocolate Chip, Morning Glory, Cranberry Orange or in this case: Blueberry! 🫐

Baked in batches of 6 at $3/each, you won't have them sitting around long as nothing is better then fresh-baked, warm muffins with a slab of melting vegan butter! 🤤

Make sure to order in advance and prepare for a morning pick-up!

Oatmeal Jam Squares 🫐

A little old-school, but oddly comforting and satisfying. 🥰

A delicious cookie-like oatmeal base with a homemade jam filling made by yours truly!

This batch is made with blueberry jam, but can be done with any jam flavors. 🫐🍓🍑🍎

We'll be showcasing them at on September 19th alongside other goodies!

Chilean Raspberry Kuchen 🍓

What's a Kuchen you ask?

Well, there's a wonderful story behind it...Kuchen is "pie" in German. 🥧

Yeah, sorry. That's basically it.
Why a German word in a Latin country? Well...Chile had a lot of German immigrants which influenced a lot of our food.

Why were there a lot of Germans in Chile? Uhhh...because they loved our wine!🍷

Moving on! 🧐

This delicious little gebäck has our classic flaky pie crust, a vanilla curd filling with fresh raspberries and topped with golden nuggets of more pastry for some extra crunch!
Tart and sweet perfectly combined!

We can also do this with different berries. Blueberries, strawberries, blackberry etc.

And as a grand gesture...topped with an edible golden coin sealed with our Queen V bee. 🐝
Because we're just decadent like that!
