The Night Baker is from the cookie-loving minds of Toronto baking duo Mitch and Leanne. Chemists turned night-time bakers and food lovers through and through. We make new recipes based on things we like to eat, things we grew up with and our experiences from travelling in wonderful places with delicious foods. But mostly we just love eating cookies and sharing them with you all to enjoy.

We're going all in on treats this Halloween with the return of our Halloween specials, the "Bloody" Red Velvet, PB&B, Dirt N Wormz and our Halloween Box.

We've also just restocked our very popular Ube Cake Cups at our North York bakery. Very few left at Danforth but a restock will be made by Friday! 💜

Tito Parley's Silvanas have again been very popular and we still have *some* stocked at our North York bakery.

This Thanksgiving, I'm most thankful for the gift of life and getting to live and enjoy it everyday with my family.

Last year, to compensate for the hard times brought by hyperinflation, my solution was to work more. Yes we still sold a lot of cookies but our margins shrank to levels we had not anticipated. Did the most events we ever did and worked so much that my body started giving in. Might have had a mini heart attack hidden in there somewhere.

So this year, decided to work less physically and just work smarter, and spend more time with my family.

Bakery is doing really good thankfully and health and happiness has been good too.

Hug your loved ones everyday. Yes work is important, but your family will mean more to you than work ever could.

For our yearly Thanksgiving offerings, we have our special "Pie-inspired" cookies with our Appledoodle, Peach Mango Pie and our Pumpkin Spice cookies The Nutty Pumpkin 🎃

Also back are one of my all-time favourite cookies and a Thanksgiving tradition in our household, the Cinnamon Bun! They're made with my own special vanilla cream cheese filling that I think is the best vanilla cream cheese spread for cinnabuns ever ever (@ me pls).

We also have 2 cakes available for pre-order, our Ooh Bae Dream Cakes and our brand new Ube Kamote Cue. It's an Ube chiffon cake with layers of Vanilla bean cream, Sweet potato cream, Kamote Cue or candied sweet potato with a burnt marshmallow topping.

Our cake pre-orders are filling up FAST so please do put in your pre-orders soon.
