But now, back to our bread: using traditional ingredients and methods, our bread is made from high quality grains and flours that we import from a third generation family run m

ill in the Marche region. We use our own mother yeast, born by mixing flour with water, left to acidify at high temperatures to obtain a natural fermentation all of which brings you finished loaves so traditional (and delicious!) – unlike any we’d ever tasted outside of Italy.

If you’ve ever walked into Sud Forno Queen and felt immediately welcome, there’s a good chance Alessandro had something to do with it. Part of the Terroni family for 11 years, you’ll usually find him behind the counter, always with a smile, ready to help you with any question in mind. And if you come by on a Saturday, he’d be happy to prepare a Panino con la Porchetta for you.
