Just got home and can’t stop thinking about this cinnamon roll launch🥹🫶🏻

Man you all blew me away. So so much support, so much that I still need to go though my DM’s, and then some ah 💕💕💕💕

Launching the cinnamon roll was something I had on my mind for quite some time. About a year ago I had an artisanal style cinnamon roll on my menu that I wasn’t totally happy with and I told myself that the next time I put a cinnamon roll on my menu IT WILL BE a long fermented, pillowy, ooey gooey deliciousness kind-of roll. I think I did pretty good🤤

As I get ready for this weekend‘s bake day on the 26th, I would love to know: did I nail these? I’d absolutely love to hear below from anyone who got a chance to order these my last bake day🫶🏻 And if you’d like to snag an order for this weekend my pre-orders are open through the link in my bio 🫶🏻

September menu is here 🍂

I am READY for cozy baking season. My schedule has opened up a little more, and I’m eager to spend some of that extra time back in the kitchen, experimenting and bringing some fun, new flavours and items to The Rustic Peel over these next few months.

For September, we’ve got a Maple Oat sourdough loaf, a new M&M Chip Cookie, and perhaps most importantly, cinnamon rolls!!🙈 This time we’re doing them a little differently: big, fluffy, and long-fermented with a classic cinnamon brown sugar filling and a light glaze.

I’ll be baking September 12th & 26th, and both order forms are live now through the linktree in my bio! Orders for THIS Saturday are open until 10:30 PM tonight and orders for the 26th will close the Wednesday prior.

As always, thank you for supporting this little bakehouse of mine🤍 I’m ready to show my face around here a little more this fall, get creative in the kitchen & bring y’all along for it.

A little overdue bakehouse update 🤎

The last couple months have been FULL and I definitely stretched myself a little too thin which meant this page (and some of the fun, creative side of the bakehouse) got a little quieter than I wanted.

Butttt I’m heading into the last four months of the year with a little more room in my schedule and approximately 627 ideas for what I want to do with it.

New menu items, some old favourites making their way back, cinnamon buns 👀, fall baking & hopefully a whole lot more behind the scenes around here too.

Very excited for what’s coming next at The Rustic Peel and thank you for sticking around through it all 🥹

The menu for the last couple Saturdays of August is here 🤍

We’re officially getting close to cozy fall flavour season but I had to bring back a favourite before we get there.

Cheddar Scallion is back 🧀🌿 This one was such a hit when I had it on the menu back in March, so I wanted to bring it back for the Westfort Street Fair and these last couple weeks before the fall loaves start making their way in.

And on the cookie side, there are a few fun ones hanging around too 👀 Chocolate Treasure is staying for the rest of the month, along with Neapolitan + Strawberry Swirl after all the love they got at the market.

Pre-orders for this Saturday are closed, but I will have a few extras available, so keep an eye out on my stories! And if you're looking for something specific, send me a message and I'll let you know if I have enough available.

The Westfort Street Fair is TOMORROW!! 🍞🤍

I’m doing the absolute most my little Bakehouse oven will allow 😂 100 sourdough loaves are in the works, plus cookies, muffins, granola & a couple fun things I’ve been keeping up my sleeve 👀
