YEAR 3 update:
This year has been EPIC so far 🤩
Year 1: we mixed all our dough by hand, formed each doughnut individually (took anywhere from 8-10 hours, fried in 4 residential fryers (blowing breakers constantly 🫣) and then I filled each doughnut by hand with piping bags for up to 12 hours. Saturdays would come and I couldn’t even hold a cup of coffee my hands were so sore, but my heart had BIG DREAMS and a lot of hope!!
Year 2: we got a bunch of gear in a kitchen auction! But we only had time to set up our new dough sheeter. We could now roll all our doughnuts in two hours which meant I could sleep for a couple hours while my hubby fried! 😂
Year 3: not only can I hold a cup of coffee on Saturdays but I’m doing a SECOND market back to back 🤩💪
All thanks to this epic dough mixer, dough sheeter, doughnut frying robot, and automatic doughnut injector 🤩💃🏻🙌🏻
