CLEAN US OUT TIME!!

We didnt plan ahead to being closed tomorrow... as it was a in the moment decision. Sooooo I had a fridge full of sourdough that I just baked as it would be over fermented by Thursday morning.

After a mind-blowing busy week and weekend, it looks like Ol Mother Hubbars Cupboard in here. We are out of everything haha. Such an awesome problem! With stores closing early today and us having family plans tonight, we decided the best decision would be to close tomorrow. Restock, catch a breath, do a deep clean and reopen Thursday (we are always closed Wednesdays anyways!)

We are here today until 3 or we sell out. See you soon and thank you all so much for your understanding!

And happy long weekend!

We are open today (at 10), but we will be closing early. We are hoping to make it to 3, but if we sell out before then, we will be closing earlier. We will keep baking and restocking today, but I dunno if I have 800 more dinner buns left in me today 🤣🤣
Yall ☠️ me this weekend haha.

We have a ton of sourdough loaves today. Some that will go perfect with your turkey supper and some I mixed with left overs in mind like cranberry orange, jalapeno cheddar and cheesy garlic. Make the lunch room jealous of you this week! Come grab one!

We will also have a s**t ton of dinner buns again today as well. Cheese buns and onion buns too 🤤🤤

All the salsa and jams are also on clearance for just $6.50 a jar as well so come grab some of those! And stay tuned for whats coming!

Happy Thanksgiving! Looks like freakin Christmas 🥴 Although Im not a winter person AT ALL... a cooler bakery to work in is kinda nice lol. So I suppose I will be thankful.

Yesterday was close to our busiest day yet since opening and we are ready to do it all over again today! Jordan and I got a good start on restocking the display case last night and Im here now getting more buns proofing, another 130 loaves of sourdough baked, carrot cakes done, scones and goodies out front!

We will see you all at 10am!

Sooooooo... ya....that was crazy today 🤣
600 Dinner buns and the carrot cakes were gone in about 3.6 seconds.

So much on the go today. I've shaped so many dinner buns Im about to file a WCB claim cause I am pretty sure I have carpal tunnel 🤣🤣
I have 130 loaves of sourdough rotating through ovens all day today. Everything is always super fresh here but today you may be leaving with a bread pan and a oven mitt cause she goin out hottttt.

Carrot cakes are in the case. I dont imagine they will last long, but I do have more and will try to keep up. Ill fail, but know I am tryin! For you carrot haters, I have other options today too!

Happy Friday!!!

Such a busy morning over here getting set up for today and the weekend! Scones went out with Sip Happenz and Bread Bowls headed to Spill The Beans - Sylvan Lake for their potato bacon soup today 🤤🤤 Don't say I didnt warn ya cause I did and I know quite a few people have been waiting for the bread bowls there again! So go grab lunch before the snow and before she sells out like last time!

We will be starting to put out dinner buns and things for Thanksgiving today but more emphasis tomorrow 😊

Gooooddddd morninggggg!!

We are backkkkkkk. And what a 24 hours that was 🤣 My oven decided it was done with life so it chose to burn itself up. So that was super handy. Spolier alert. It wasn't really. But... atleast if s**t is gonna go wrong it decided to do it on a Wednesday when we are closed. So I suppose there is that haha 🤷🏼‍♀️. The good news is Im back full strength and sheet pans are flying through the ovens and I didn't burn the place down.

Scones are coming out and headed to Sip Happenz for morning coffee. Sourdough is baking. Cinnamon buns, cheese buns, bread bowls rising. Whole wheat bread just came out and white sandwich bread soon to be mixed and baked. Wonder why my oven quit 🤣
Tons of selection today!

I have been asked quite a few times if I am taking bun orders for the weekend. I am not. Reason being is its just me baking back here. Im just gonna make buns till my hands fall off and fill the front starting Saturday morning. So just come get em. Same with carrot cakes. I will have a crap ton of them made and ready to go until they sell out.
I will also have Thanksgiving inspired sourdough loaves and stuffing mix available.

Our Thanksgiving hours are
Saturday 10-3
Sunday 10-3
Monday 10-3
We are having our Thanksgiving Monday so will close early that day.
