We picked, processed & preserved hundreds of pounds of fruit this month 🍓🫐🍏🍑

Strawberries, peaches, apples, chokecherries, raspberries, saskatoons & rhubarb are packed into 2 full freezers stored away for the winter months ahead

Every minute spent harvesting, cleaning, pitting, sorting, chopping & juicing is time well spent. It ensures we can continue to make pies, jams & jellies all year round with the same fresh, locally grown, high quality fruit that makes our products so good ✨️

As we enter the last week of August we are reflecting on the incredible summer we have had (and continue to have!)

We opened the doors to our Farmer's Market almost 4 months ago and we could not be more thankful for the support from this community

One of the things we love most about running this space is getting the opportunity to work with so many amazing local vendors

When you come into our shop and ask questions about the products, we not only know who made it, we also know where it was made and how it was made

Because it's all local, and it's all personal

Creating strong food systems and shorter food supply chains while supporting our neighbors, friends and folks in our community- that's the dream

Thank you for following along, sending kind messages, spending your money at our business and supporting local

We love what we do and we wouldn't be doing this without you all 💕💕
