Dear Ones,

The bakery has been open two weeks now. Wow, what a couple of weeks!! Thanks for coming down. I can’t make enough cinnamon buns!!! it’s so great sharing the store with Budela’s Farm Stand. Every time I go in the door, people are laughing. The folks at The Landing have been so great. I have the most amazing kitchen. It really is a dream come true.

I am making buns for the Outpost, so when you get that oh so tasty burger, it’s held together with a Phoenix Bakery bun. Or, just down the road, you spring for a Lobster roll, it is also served in a Phoenix Bakery bun. And over at Kava—the garlic cheese bomb—you guessed it! I just love the community cross pollination.

So I just wanna say thanks to everyone. Every One.
