Schedule for October 7th - 12th

Wednesday October 7th — open at 6:30 for the brekkie sandwich
Thursday October 8th — open as usual (brekkie at 6:30, fresh warm baking at 10:00
Friday October 9th - Sunday October 11 — closed
Monday and Tuesday October 12 and 13th — closed as usual

The window is open. The sliced bread is out and lots of goodies.
Everything in the freezer is still half off.
And today—something I haven’t made all summer—sourdough sandwich bread. A little softer crust, a little sweeter softer crumb because I add a little dollop of honey (from my own hives!) and a drizzle of olive oil. Always sliced.

Though I will continue to bake and sell from the window Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to noon, I now also have a Bakesy site where you can pre-order anything I make to pick up at the bakery. You can pay at the time of pickup with cash or card, or etransfer.
