👑 A little behind the scenes of last week’s Biscuit CRAZE…
Last week’s record-breaking bake was AMAZING… but holy cow guys, was it exhausting. 😂 I baked 600 biscuits just for the Stettler market! 🧈
With the market being Tuesday, I didn’t have a single day off. Sunday was ingredient shopping, Monday was THREE baking shifts, and Tuesday morning was another huge bake before heading to the market.
I had to bake in shifts because, as most of you know, I’m running two KitchenAids at once — and if those babies die, so does the business. 😂
After Stettler, it was straight into regular prep for the rest of the week and weekend markets. If you came to the market on Saturday, you could probably see just how exhausted I was! 😂
But honestly? SO worth it. I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who showed up and helped make last week so amazing.
I’m heading into a new week feeling rested and ready for the long weekend! Hopefully I’ll see all your faces at the markets! 💙
