Beautiful focaccia waiting its turn in the oven!
This one is another fabulous local collaboration with our beautiful friends at Faith Farm who will be at their very first Quesnel Farmers Market tomorrow 🤗
Joy grows the most incredible garlic and we roasted several heads of it to a deep caramel brown and incorporated it into our roasted garlic and herb focaccia.
Its sooooooooo good!

Buttery Brioche buns with organic Raspberries and white chocolate ❤️
We don't love things overly sweet around here and these pastries are for folks like us who prefer "natures candy"
They will be available tomorrow in limited quantities at Quesnel Farmers Market if you guys like them, we will make them more often 😁

I have been waiting for just the right product to bring out this local collaboration 🤩 and these savory spin on our buttery brioche pastry and Garlic day are the perfect place to use this delicious local garlic nectar by Oddball Garlic Co.

Finally got a chance to hang up my beautiful wind chime by Irene Pepper’s Creations from Nature.
Irene has been my market neighbor this season and I love listening to the soft ti**le coming from her booth. Her beautiful wind chimes are made from local stones she collects. They are absolutely stunning. I have 3 more hooks on my patio... 🤔
