A BIG moment in any baker’s life… hanging the sign on your very own store. 🥹🍪

When we did one of our first pop ups at Pine Centre Mall back in February, I remember looking down the mall aisle at all the brand name signs and picturing a Cookie Bitz sign hanging there among them.

At the time, it was only a vision.

Today, it’s real.

Our name is officially up on the wall of our very own storefront and I don’t think I’ll ever forget what this moment feels like.

You truly can build the thing you once only pictured in your head. Keep showing up. Keep working. Keep believing. Sometimes, the life you’ve been manifesting really does start taking shape right in front of you. 🥹🩷

And since we’re building the full Cookie Bitz experience, here’s a little peek at our new uniforms too!

A special shoutout to Apex Graphik for bringing them to life we are SO stoked to see them! 🙌

Now, if only we could convince this hunky man to actually work for us, we’d be millionaires. 😂

We made 3,000 cookies in three days… and somehow still have another 7,000 to go before our mall opens. 😅🍪

Scaling a cookie business isn’t just making a bigger batch and hoping for the best. It takes production schedules, prep lists, organized stations and systems that keep everyone moving in the same direction.

I put together the methods that have genuinely saved my ass while scaling Cookie Bitz from farmers’ markets to producing thousands of cookies at a time.

Comment SCALE and I’ll send you the free checklist through DM! 👇

Our little cookie logo made it all the way to Prague. 🥹🍪🇨🇿

We officially sponsored our first athlete, and seeing Cookie Bitz represented halfway across the world is pretty damn cool.

From a little cookie business that started at farmers markets in Quesnel, BC… to Prague. Like WHAT?!

Issac is over there playing lacrosse and representing our little small town and we couldn’t be prouder to have a tiny piece of Cookie Bitz along for the ride.

Help us cheer Issac on!! 🥍❤️

Go show ’em what a small town kid can do. 💪 Lunch Ladies

DAY 4/25 — OPENING OUR FIRST MALL LOCATION 🍪

I may have skipped a day, but your girl has been BUSY. 😂

But more importantly… DANNY IS BACK, BABY.

After taking the summer off, my right hand woman of the last two years has officially made her grand re-entrance into the Cookie Bitz kitchen and holy s**t did I miss this girl. 😂

Her timing couldn’t be better because we’re officially ramping up production for our mall opening, and things are getting REAL around here.

Bigger production days. More staff. More systems. And a whole lot of figuring s**t out as we go.

Welcome back, Danny. You picked a hell of a time to come back. 😂🧈

Just two small town cookie bakers casually attempting to open a mall location and 10X our production at the same time. What could possibly go wrong?

Today, the paint went up and for the first time, we can actually see Cookie Bitz coming to life inside this space.

Consider this your backstage pass to everything that happens before those doors open. 🍪🤍🤎

Day 1 of documenting our journey with 24 days left to open our first mall store because apparently signing the lease wasn’t scary enough, now we need people to actually show up. 😅

(Hoping the internet can help two small town cookie makers get their name out before October 1. 🍪)
