A huge thank you to everyone who supported us this week — you certainly kept us busy! And an extra-special thank you to our incredible team, who worked tirelessly all week long. ❤️

Hundreds of pies, tarts, cookies, breads, and everything in between! It’s always amazing to see what comes out of our little kitchen, and none of it would be possible without our hardworking team and wonderful customers.

As we head into the off-season, we’re still here for you with slightly shortened hours!

We couldn't let the summer wrap up without shouting out our husband and wife team — Teresa and Barry! 👫❤️ Between the two of them, they've had a hand in thousands of tarts and pies this summer, and we are so grateful. Barry, you're also our go-to for the high shelves and the heavy lifting — truly invaluable! 💪 Thank you both for everything you brought to the bakery this season! 🥧🥰

Meet Adele and Sonya, two of the lovely faces on our team; they've been running the Rosseau shop through the summer! Adele refinishes furniture in her spare time, has a soft spot for 70s folk music, and her bakery pick is key lime pie. 🥧 Sonya is a self-described severe latte addict, a huge David Bowie fan — like HUGE — and has a million unfinished books she's writing, which she admits is just really fun. 📚 She unwinds with a drive around Muskoka and right now the coconut cheesecake has her heart. Between the two of them, great taste all around! 🎶✨

This summer, Lincoln, Devin and Keira brought their energy, their laughs, and thousands of tarts and cookies' worth of hard work to Loretta's — and we couldn't be more grateful. 🍪🥧 The season may be wrapped up, but they're heading into their next chapter and we're cheering them on every step of the way. Thank you all for being part of our team this summer. You'll be missed! 🥰

Meet two of the friendly faces you have probably seen in our coffee bar — Lydia and Maggie! Lydia keeps things going on coffee all day long (she'd have it no other way ☕), loves a good game of Scrabble, and will head straight for the cheese bread given half a chance. Maggie's fuelling up on iced coffee with extra vanilla and cream, has "Change My Mind" by Riley Green on repeat, and her perfect evening involves a snack plate, her jammies, and her pets. 🐾 Between the two of them, the coffee bar is in very good hands — warm, welcoming, and well-caffeinated. ☕🍞
