🌾 Sprouted Riverside Rye is Back! 🌾
We germinate the whole rye kernel or “berry” — because rye likes a little spa treatment before joining the dough.
Sprouting helps unlock nutrients, improves digestibility, and brings out dynamic, complex flavours before the sprouted berries are folded right into the dough. The result is a satisfyingly sweet, floral and earthy flavour, a moist, tender crumb and subtle nutty notes from rye malt — a rye loaf that’s easy on the gut and hard to stop slicing!
