We’re pleased to be included in a Parry Sound North Star article about an issue that affects businesses, residents and visitors alike: downtown parking. 🚗

Summer brings incredible energy to Parry Sound — more visitors, more customers and more activity. ☀️ It also brings congestion and puts added pressure on infrastructure that, in some cases, is already struggling to keep up.

We’ve been advocating for better parking not simply because it affects our bakery, but because we believe it matters to the future of downtown Parry Sound as a whole.

Our decision to open and invest downtown was intentional. 📍 We believe a vibrant, walkable and functional downtown is essential to making Parry Sound a place people want to visit, invest in and call home — year-round.

That means participating in the conversations that shape it: parking, infrastructure, accessibility, growth and how we accommodate a busy summer season without losing sight of the people and businesses that are here twelve months of the year.

We’re proud to have a seat at the table — and to keep advocating for a stronger downtown and a stronger Parry Sound. ❤️
