The Apple puff pastry is on an extended run… it’s not on my current menu, but it’s available until after Thanksgiving. It’s not strudel, but a soft pastry filled with apple and drizzled with vanilla glaze. A generous dessert to feed a few guests.

Homemade vs commercial baking 💗

There’s a lot that goes into handmade baking beyond the ingredients themselves — small-batch preparation, baking time, packaging, cleanup, and of course the time and care that goes into every order.

I always try to keep my pricing fair while still creating fresh, quality baked goods that I’m proud to offer.

Here’s a little look at why homemade baking and commercial baking aren’t quite the same.

Thank you for supporting Delectable Creations and small local business. 💜
