Did you know you can do improv without performing?

That’s exactly what we did at Toronto Tech Week.

Our workshop, Think Fast: Improv Lab for Builders brought tech founders, builders, creatives, HR people and students together and the energy was 🔥!

Based on our creative team building approach, this was a space where people could simply be their playful selves.

It was also a fun way to network without the pressure of networking.

Thanks again to everyone who showed up and to for an awesome week!

Please join us in welcoming Metzeri! Metzeri joins us as part of her co-op program at Humber
Polytechnic College, where is completing a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Production.

She is incredibly excited to graduate and continue growing within the creative industry. Metzeri is passionate about travelling, editing, writing, watching movies, reading, and listening to music.

In her own words: “Creativity and storytelling have always been a huge part of who I am, and I love opportunities that allow people to connect through shared interests and experiences. I’m especially excited to join My Creative Break because I value social spaces where people can come together, build community, and bond over common passions.”

That's a wrap for !

There were 600+ events...so grateful to have brought a touch of what we do best to the week!

We held our workshop Think Fast: Improv Lab for Builders. A variety of people showed up - CEOs trying something new, students sharpening communication, builders gaining confidence, and people who were just curious about using improv and creativity in everyday life.

In just 2 hours, the room went from strangers to a connected group powered by creativity, openness, and laughter.
