🥯 Sourdough Bagels
Our best sellers—chewy, golden, and packed full of flavour! We are not shy with our toppings/inclusions!
We ferment the dough for 24 hours with our sourdough starter, then kettle-boil and bake them. That’s what gives them the chew on the outside and the soft inside. No dough conditioners or shortcuts.
The sourdough adds a light tang — it’s not strong, just enough to make them taste like more than plain bread.
We have many flavours available, all unique and absolutely delicious.
A few notes:
• They freeze really well. Slice before freezing if you want to toast straight from the freezer.
• Best within 7 days on the counter, or in the fridge
🍞 Sourdough Loaves & Pizza Dough
Perfect for everyday meals or homemade pizza night with your family.
Our sourdough pizza dough takes 2 days to make. We do the waiting so you don’t have to.
48-hour ferment gives it flavor and those nice airy bubbles when it bakes.
Room temp, top, bake at 500°F. And yes, it can be frozen if you would like to use at a later date instead!
It’s just dough. But it’s dough we’d be happy to serve to our own family and we eat on a regular basis.
🍪 Sourdough Whoopie Pies
Soft, sweet, and filled with smooth, creamy goodness.
We make them small batch so they stay soft. Both use a whipped cream cheese filling — light, tangy, not too sweet. That’s the part people usually comment on.
Oatmeal Whoopie Pie
Soft oatmeal cookies baked with care. Rolled oats for texture, baked until they’re set but still give when you bite them. The cream cheese filling keeps it from being too rich. Tastes like an oatmeal cookie grew up and got fancier, but still feels familiar.
Oreo Whoopie Pie
Chocolate cookies with Oreo pieces mixed into the filling so you get bits of cream + cookie in every bite. Filled with the same whipped cream cheese, then drizzled with chocolate ganache. It’s cookies-and-cream, but as a sandwich. A little messy. Worth it.
A few details:
• No preservatives, so they’re best within 7 days or freeze them and eat like an ice cream sandwich
• We make them by hand, so each one looks a little different
• One is usually enough, but we don’t judge if you eat the whole box yourself 😉🤫
