Shortbread Shack Welcome to the Shortbread Shack! All of my treats are made with grass-fed New Zealand 🇳🇿 butter! I use only imported New Zealand grass fed butter.

My husband is British and I am Scottish so our love of good quality shortbread is in our blood. This is the secret to success. It creates a fluffy light buttery texture that melts in your mouth. The New Zealand buttercream is golden in colour and naturally enhances the sweetness of the cookie.
