It’s my second week at the new job, I figured that everybody should get something for working so hard.

The cake is a four-layer vanilla sponge with a mixed berry jam filling, covered in whipped white chocolate mousse and topped with fresh strawberries (I use mousse instead of buttercream). The cupcakes are chocolate with the same mixed berry filling and whipped white chocolate mousse.

Hopefully everyone enjoys them on Monday! 🍰🧁
