Fell in love with wood-fired cooking and what it symbolize, with a special passion for traditional Neapolitan Pizza. Ran a very successful pilot of wood fired baking out of my home-made designed and

build oven back in 2022 under the name "The Burning Log". Nowadays, partnered up with another food-loving family to bring you all that wood fired cuisine has to offer, in our new Bistro and Bakery! Rebranding our new venture as "Casa di Stefano" to honor the makers of our traditional wood-fired oven, the Stefano Ferrara family, from Naples, Italy. Lots to share with all wood-fired fans out there, coming in spring 2025 to Lower Sackville, NS!
