IMPORTANT CAKE UPDATE!
To all of our lovely customers and friends, thank you for a wild almost four years.
This business started from my love of cakes and has grown into much more than we could have imagined.
Navigating our business and our family has been a challenge for me since the very beginning, and continues to become more of a challenge as our business grows.
I have felt that a shift needs to happen for a while now and after much discussion we have made the difficult decision to put a pause on offering custom cakes.
This doesn’t mean we won’t offer them in the future, but at this time we don’t know when we will start up again.
This being said, we will continue to offer bakery style cakes and semi-custom cakes which can both be ordered through our website. Our semi-custom cakes are great options for those who would like to customize flavour, filling, buttercream colour and an accent colour. You can choose colours to match any theme and add your own toppers at home! Both of these options also allow you to choose a message to be written on the cake.
If we have communicated about a custom cake order for a future date, don’t worry! We will still fulfill all of our current bookings.
We appreciate your continued support and have loved seeing so many new faces in Downeyville lately.
