Wendel’s True Foods is a family owned company with a focus on gluten free baking. We first started baking our sweets in 1997 in our restaurant and bookstore, Wendel’s Bookstore & Café located in historic Fort Langley BC. Over the years the demand for our wholesome sweets grew and as a result we now bake our handmade sweets in a dedicated bakery. Our baked goods are packaged for retail and for wholesale food service.
