Our delicious Strawberry Rhubarb cookie pie aka Fresa Rhu is the ideal treat for this special day. It is Strawberry Rhubarb filling encased in a shortbread cookie crust.

Again, we want to remind you that you can find our desserts at the following IGA and Fresh Street Market stores. They are frozen so after you buy them, thaw them out either by leaving them in the fridge over night or at room temperature for 2 hours and then enjoy them. If you don't want to eat the whole dessert in one sitting, you can eat some and keep the rest in the fridge for the next day. They are $9.99 each.

This is what our delicious Brigadeiro cake jarlooks like when you defrost and open it. 3 layers of chocolate cake with Brazilian Brigadeiro chocolate fudge filling in between. Hmmm! It's so so delicious so if you're a chocolate lover, this is for you.
