Here are the 6 mousse cake flavors we are testing:

Lychee Coconut
Mango
Raspberry
Lemon
Passionfruit,
Green Tea (Matcha)

They are all less sweeter than our regular desserts and suit the Asian Palate. Vancouver is a very Asian city so we want to craft some desserts that have flavor profiles of the Chinese culture to satisfy such customers. Hmmm! They are all divine.

Here at KR's, we are always innovating by doing research and development at our kitchen to come up with new and delicious flavors that are in vogue and in sync with the current food trend. We just tested out Matcha, Passion fruit, Raspberry, Lychee Coconut, and Mango. They are all so refreshing and delicious. We use REAL fruit purees in the mousse cakes which we are working on and you can really get the real fruit flavor when you put a spoonful in your mouth. And the matcha or green tea we are using is of a high quality as well. Once we perfect the new flavors by adding the correct ratio of fruit puree to mousse, we will launch them. All sold out. Yeah!!!!! All the customers of Independent supermarket in Kelowna who tried out desserts absolutely loved them which is why there aren't any left on the shelf. However, do not fret because our distributor is going to be supplying them with more in 1-2 weeks.
