Small batches, more often.

Sure, we could roast bigger batches of coffee, less frequently. Would our customers be getting the best quality coffee we can provide? No.

Once the beans are roasted, there is a small window of optimal flavour.
If you go through coffee like we do (the average Joe drinks 3.2 cups a day!) it doesn't take long to blow through a bag of beans.

So, every Thirsday the fresh roast will be packaged, dated, delivered and waiting for you!

Imagine WHAT if all these bags are single-use plastic bag and not biodegradable bag? This is what get throw away in a single busy morning !!!

T.A.N.Coffee has been bagging coffee using natural kraft paper lined with PLA since Day 1 back in 2007.
Best ?! These bags can be recycled and reused before sending them to green bin. They are great as popcorn popper, garden seeding, and compose bag ;)

This kind of heat can really drain you of your energy. Why not come in for a nice cold pick-me-up?
