Ok the cat is out of the bag...I PASSED.. the kitchen passed the inspection. Sooo happy about that. I am putting a limited amount of pies out this weekend. The next 2 weekends are going to be busy. Between taking a few days for a vacation and being a vendor in the Hammonds Plsins market there won't be the amount of pies you are used to seeing. On Sept 26th I will be back at full speed. Thank you

Just a little sneak peek of my new kitchen. My partner has been working on this for a few weeks. I am so lucky. I am so grateful for the community who supports me. As soon as the kitchen is completed I will have it inspected and be back to making the pies you love. I'm so excited to dedicate all my time to my new adventure. Looking forward to making more friends on the way.
