Soft dough, buttery cinnamon layers, glazed warm and finished with pearl sugar.
Sanaz has been behind them for over a year, shaping each knot by hand, one at a time.

We’re hiring a Pastry Chef 👩‍🍳🥐

we’re looking for someone experienced who loves early mornings, good dough, and being part of a tight team.

What you’ll be doing:
– Making pastries + cakes daily
– Working on fillings, creams, and components
– Helping develop new menu items
– Supporting croissant production and decoration
– Keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and clean
– Jumping in wherever the team needs

Details:
– 30–35 hours/week
– Early morning shift
– Minimum 3 years experience required
– Must have reliable transportation
