My new found free time has me dreaming up the fall/winter menu and I can honestly say I’ve never been so pumped to share start developing this menu to share with all of you.

From mini cakes to cookie boxes, turkey dinner croissants to sausage rolls, crazy double baked croissants to roasted red pepper Chili, mince tarts to bottled caramel sauce. It’s all coming together and we’re going to pack it all into the weekends.

Follow along the next few weeks to see what I’m dreaming up!

Thank you all so much for an amazing Thanksgiving weekend. If I’ve learned one thing, it’s more pumpkin pie! Got it!

This was our first Thanksgiving being back in a storefront since the original cafe. Thank you all for supporting us this year. Once again, so Happy to be filling up pastry cases and sharing my creations with all of you again.

Hope you all have an amazing dinner (and dessert).

Quite often when I make new products I take bites, taste the components just to make sure taste and texture are where I want them. But this one….. I crushed the whole thing and now I’m stuff. Welcome the King of Tarts Breakfast Croissant Cup.

Layers of Field Roast Maple Sausage, maple syrup, mShredded hash brown, brown sauce (HP for my Canadians), orange cheddar, plant based egg, salt and pepper and house made Mozzarella. Get it messy with a Yo Egg | Egg-Scuse-Me sunny side up egg or keep it somewhat cleaner with a Just Egg patty. All wrapped up inside our signature croissant dough and baked in a jumbo muffin tin.

Available starting Thanksgiving weekend. I’ll have them warm for the first few hours until sold out so come early!
