The Swedes have a word for stopping everything to have coffee and a bun: fika. We think Corner Brook could use more of that.

Fresh out of the oven today: rosemary and roasted garlic focaccia 🌿

Soft, airy crumb, a golden olive oil crust, and roasted garlic worked right through it. Great on its own, better torn and dipped, and it makes the best sandwich bread you'll have all week.

We baked a limited batch, so come by early if you want a loaf.

Tiramisu, fresh in the case today

Ladyfingers soaked in espresso with a splash of Marsala and Amaretto, layered with mascarpone cream, and finished with a heavy dusting of cocoa. Built by hand, one jar at a time.
