But this wasn't just any birthday cake. ❤️

Milo is a senior gentleman with a very sensitive tummy, so we wanted to make something special that he could enjoy, keeping his needs in mind.

🐔 Flourless cake made with chicken and veggies.

🥔 Potato frosting for a simple, delicious finish.

🍫 Carob chips for his birthday message! They look and taste a little like chocolate, but they're dog-friendly carob, not chocolate.

❤️ A delicate raspberry glaze for that extra special touch.

No flour, no unnecessary extras. Just simple ingredients and lots of love. 🥰

I am thankful for the ones who follow me from room to room, wait for me at the door, sleep beside me, and somehow make every day feel a little warmer.
I am also thankful for the beloved pets who are no longer physically with me, but who gave me a kind of love that is impossible to forget.

Thank you for the memories, the companionship, and for letting me experience such a unique and unconditional love.

And this Thanksgiving, I also pray for the little ones who are still waiting for their person. May God protect them, keep them safe, and guide them toward a home where they will finally have someone to share their life with.
