My name is Lucas Isakeit and I am a small start up business in Calgary Alberta. Pastries have always been my taste buds desire. If you have a sweet tooth you get me. I am always looking for a bakery to jump out at me in my travels in town or around the globe. Some of you may have difficulties walking past a pastry shop window and not stopping because your taste buds are just aching for that new de

lightful taste. Buying pastries from grocery stores can be very tricky due to not knowing everything that’s really in the pastry. Luke’s Baked Delights offers very simple home baked goods with simple ingredients. Baking from home has always been a relaxing and rewarding hobby of mine. Even baking as a kid in my parent’s kitchen. The inner children in all of us still secretly want the beater after the mixing is complete. Over the years some recipes have jumped out at me more than others. Although some recipes can be tricky in learning I am always up for a challenge. My baking has recently expanded by using coconut flour in certain recipes. Knowing that gluten intolerance or celiac disease is becoming more common these days I feel everyone should still be able to enjoy pastries regardless on health restrictions. It is still possible to bake your favourite sweets to your diet. In my baking I can guaranty every dish is thoroughly washed in hot soapy water however I do use nuts in my baking. Luke’s Baked Delights is accepting orders as of July 17 2017. All orders are baked to order never frozen.

2) corn flake clusters
3)Ginger Cookies
4)German Walnut Shortbread
5) Chocolate Orange
6)German Spice
7) Holiday Peanut Butter Cream Cheese

I will be selling boxes for $35 includes 24 cookies . Four cookies each for six types .

If you are looking for a something differnet to bring to a family get together let me know and I'll see if I can make it.

Please note that I do not bake in a nut free environment.
