My Bread Journey

This bread journey started 55 years ago and continues to this day. So many things to learn, experiment with and try.

Starting this year I decided to go organic and glyphosate free with my sourdough bread, and make it even healthier👍.

This weeks sourdough breads are buckwheat, oat and millet. All freshly ground in my grain mill. I combine them with organic white flour. Yes the loaves are a little denser, but still moist and spongy, very similar to original sourdough. Packed full of goodness and so many health benefits❣️And the flavor is phenomenal! The buckwheat bread has a nutty, earthy flavor, with a great taste of sourdough sourness. The others I haven’t tried yet but can’t wait!! No bloating, no chemicals and guilt free.

I will be experimenting with gluten free yeast breads this year as well☺️. Also my goal is to start making Artisan Vegan Cheeses😃.
