🦜🌴 Happy 80th Birthday, Fay! 🌴🦜

Fay has been to North America and absolutely loved her trip, so her daughter asked us to bring that adventure to her birthday cake with a toucan and rainforest theme!

This tropical showstopper features a hand crafted toucan perched above a cascading waterfall, surrounded by lush leaves, hibiscus and frangipani flowers. Every single element, from the toucan to the rocks and flowing water, was made by hand and not AI!

Off it went to Corowa to help Fay celebrate! We hope your day is as colourful and joyful as you are, Fay. Here's to 80 wonderful years! 🎂🥂

🖤💵 Happy 40th Birthday, Mohamed! 💵🖤

Now this one is a little different to what I usually make, but when a returning customer asks, it's hard to say no! 😄

Just after the party, I received this lovely message that made my day:

"Hi Ashini, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing cake you made for my husband's birthday! It looked absolutely incredible and tasted even better. He was so happy with it! You did such an amazing job, and I really appreciate all the effort you put into making it so special. Thank you again!"

Messages like this are why I love what I do. Thank you so much for trusting me with your celebration, and happy birthday to Mohamed! 🎂🥂

💜🎀 Sweet in Purple 🎀💜

Isn't this one just adorable? This pretty vintage style cake is all about the details, with soft purple buttercream piping, little white hearts and delicate cream satin bows.

But the inside is just as lovely as the outside! Layers of rich chocolate cake are filled with tangy raspberry compote and silky dark chocolate mousse, then drizzled with macadamia praline for a bit of crunch. The whole cake is covered in smooth vanilla buttercream.

Pretty to look at and even better to eat! 🍫🍓

🐩🌸 Happy 89th Birthday! 🌸🐩

Here's one from the archives that we totally forgot to share! Made last year for a very special 89th birthday, this cake was ordered by the birthday girl's granddaughter, and it's full of charm.

The beautiful floral design on the side of the cake is all hand painted, with textured pink and red blooms and little touches of blue and gold. Topping it off is an adorable hand crafted poodle in a pretty pink collar, modelled on Nanna's very own dog!

Better late than never, as they say! Happy belated birthday to a much loved Nanna. We hope your day was as sweet as this cake. 🎂💕

Order in the court - it's cake! ⚖️🎂

This showstopper was made for a law student about to take on the world! Every single detail on this cake, from the stacked law books to the hand-sculpted Lady Justice topper, the gavel, and the sugar roses , is 100% handcrafted and edible.

We loved bringing this one to life for such a special milestone birthday. Wishing Mackenzie every success ahead - the verdict is in, and it's going to be a great 21st! 🥂⚖️🌹

✌️🌼 Groovy 10th Birthday, Montana! 🌼✌️

Montana's mum came to me with the groovy theme for this year's cake, and I had so much fun bringing it to life! 💕

Think retro sunbursts, flowers and the cutest little kombi van cruising in for the celebration ☮️🚐

Every element on this cake is 100% handcrafted and edible, the flowers, the kombi, the sunburst stripes, all made from scratch. The gorgeous acrylic cake toppers (name and age) were from Just doing my own thing

I absolutely LOVED making this one. Such a joy designing Montana's cake for the third time in a row!

Happiest birthday beautiful.. 🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸
