Matthew has been working in the pastry chef and baking industry since 2000- working in both Sydney and Wagga. I am nurse who has been the 'apprentice pastry chef' since we started Matt's Cakes in 2012- maybe one day Matthew will trust me to torte a cake, but it doesn't look like any time soon! We have a fully registered and insured home kitchen baking all sorts of goodies! We are fully certified by Wagga Wagga City Council, have our Food Safety certificate through RCC, and have food insurance.
