Some of you go made for our muffins. And we don't blame you. We bake them fresh on-site every day, with fresh fruit combinations rotating through the week. So soft and jammy-in-the-middle... they are hard to resist.

Meet the family 👋

Introducing Noa, our Ops Manager and son of OG Grumpy, Michael.

Noa runs our Marrickville HQ, managing stock and catering orders, to hand-piping pies, rolling sourdough, and prepping our delicious muffins - all ready to send out to our almost-dozen bakeries and cafes around Sydney, Bilpin and Newcastle.

From start to finish, our spinach and feta bourekas are made by hand using all-fresh ingredients, on-site by our team in Marrickville, then transported to each of our shops each morning, where they go straight into the oven to bake 'til golden.
