Been a minute since I posted any sweet content- working full time demands a certain level of weekend chill which leave very little room for creativity. But every now and then an offer comes by to hard to resist - one from the heart for an amazing human.

“Sweet like sakura.”

Beautiful Amy's only request was for a design with cherry blossoms on her wedding cake and we created one just for her. An ombre effect handmade sugar paste cherry blossom flowers cascading on two tiers - simplicity and elegance all wrapped up.

The cake:
Both tiers: Coffee infused chocolate cake layered with Oreo Swiss buttercream and iced with dark chocolate ganache.
