Chocodelic is the most popular flavour of all of my cupcakes. It’s hard to pass up a chocolate cupcake, especially when it is glute free, vegan and nut free and fudgy and delicious. It is sweetened with coconut sugar and raspberries and is topped with a yummy chocolate frosting. Moist and sweet, it’s a great choice if you just can’t decide or want to taste how amazing my allergy friendly cupcakes are.

I have some cupcakes left over from a market this weekend but I also baked a few dozen and didn’t put enough lemon rind in them so they are all half price. I also have some caramel slice left over which are soooo yummy and are also vegan, gluten free and nut free.

They all went straight into the freezer after the market and are available to pick up in Sunbury

Jivin Jaffa was my husband’s idea and is his favour flavour. It reminds him of the Jaffa chocolates he ate growing up. It is an orange cupcake made with orange juice and orange rind topped with chocolate frosting. It is gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free and vegan and is moist and full of flavour 😋😋😋

I use organic unrefined coconut sugar in most of my cupcakes because it is a healthier option and tastes delicious.

My cupcakes are made with other natural ingredients like coconut oil, coconut milk, real lemons, oranges and raspberries and a high quality gluten free flour blend which I make myself. I also use organic ingredients as much as I can.

Not only can you have a cupcake that is free from many allergens, which is also moist and full of flavour, you can also have a treat that contains wholesome ingredients that your body will enjoy (never mind the frosting though, that is pure decadence!)

Caramel Slice - Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free

I made this deliciousness (minus the chocolate topping) as a part of my "Moonbeam Mud" White Chocolate Caramel Slice Mud Cake during the first Bakeoff. I spent alot of time working on this recipe to get it right so it seemed a waste to just shelve the recipe.

This is now going to be available alongside my cupcakes at markets. And it is completely gluten free, vegan and nut free.

It's so yummy, now I just need someone to come and eat it all so I'm not tempted to keep eating it 😍😋🤤
