BLISS BALLS

A delicious and healthy alternative when you need your sugar fix!!
Easy and delicious

1 cup pitted dates
1 cup natural almonds
3 tablespoons cacao powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1teaspoon cinnamon

Chop dates and almonds in a blender, then add all ingredients and mix together. Roll into balls (wet hands work better) place in the fridge to set
Try not to eat too many before you get to this stage hehe - very hard!!
After they are set store in an airtight container in the fridge. And enjoy at your leisure xx

A Fond Farewell from M&T Unique Bakery

This is a bittersweet moment, but it’s time to say goodbye to M&T Unique Bakery. Life has a way of shifting our paths, and when my granddaughter was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, my priorities changed in an instant. My passion for baking took a backseat as I focused on what mattered most—her health, her strength, and our family.

Through it all, you—my incredible community—have been a beacon of support. Your kindness, encouragement, and unwavering love meant more than I can ever express. I am beyond grateful for every order, every message, and every moment we shared.

Today, I close this chapter with immense gratitude in my heart. My granddaughter is now all clear, and while M&T Unique Bakery is coming to an end, the memories we created together will always remain.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support has been a gift, and I carry it forward with deep appreciation.
