Happy International Coffee Day ☕🍩 Let's celebrate by turning our Coffee Coffee Yum Yum donut into a dairy-free + gluten-free tiramisu 😋

Soft donut, creamy layers, coffee goodness and a little “why have we not done this sooner?” energy.

Recipe below if you want to give it a go 💗

3 or 4 OMG! Coffee Coffee Yum Yum donuts
3 egg yolks
1 cup coconut cream (solid part not the liquid)
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Espresso coffee
Dairy-free dark chocolate (to grate on top)

Cut donuts and place into a dish, filling all the gaps (optional: drizzle with espresso coffee if you want extra coffee flavour or your fave liquor)
Whip egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale (approximately 5 minutes).
Add coconut cream, vanilla and 1 tbsp espresso.
Whip until just smooth (don't overdo it).
Spread over donuts.
Grate dairy-free dark chocolate over the top.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Who's trying this one? 🙋‍♀️

Note: This recipe is not egg-free but if anyone has any suggestions on making it egg-free let us know in the comments below

Remember the last time Mooroopna Market had a special public holiday market? Because we do 😂🍩
It was our opening weekend, the queues were huge and some of you waited over 40 minutes...

Mooroopna are doing it again this weekend with Food Truck Friday in Ferrari Park Mooroopna, 9am-1pm.

It’s a long weekend… which means donuts and donut bites are basically essential for footy catch-ups, family visits, road trips and “just because” snacks.

So here’s your friendly little donut warning: If you want to skip the line and grab + go, pre-orders are now open on our website https://omg-donuts-shepparton.square.site/pick-up

Lock in your pack, swing past the caravan, collect your donuts or bites and get straight back to enjoying the market and your weekend

PS. If you can't make it Friday we will be back there for the usual market on Sunday 🤩 Or you can catch us in Kyabram at Moonlit Market on Saturday night.
