We make our custard sauce using imported French strawberries purée, cooked down into a fragrant and vibrant strawberry purée. This is then blended into a rich custard, creating a beautifully balanced filling that’s both creamy and fruity. Layered between our signature crispy, flaky pastry sheets and paired with fresh strawberries, every bite is indulgent, refreshing, and absolutely irresistible.
