Brisbane's viral cookie sensation is finally putting down roots in Sydney. Brooki Bakehouse is opening its first permanent NSW flagship at Barangaroo on Friday, August 14, bringing its famous chunky AF cookies (including a special flavour exclusive to Syd) to the harbour for good.
