Banoffee Crumbles are definitely our new fav! 😱 Delicious Caramel, thinly sliced banana topped with crumble. This beauty all gets baked so the caramel, banana flavour oozes and baked together. Do we need to say anymore? 😋

Hand crafted sourdough, mixed and moulded by Huy, proofed, cut and baked the following day by Vy. We love the process of making & baking sourdough. The slow ferment & the artful balance of timing. It’s nice to see a little sneak peak of some of what happens before it reaches your table! 🥖🍞

✅ Sunday – Thursday schedule (Enjoy a consistent Friday & Saturday off!).

• You’re reliable, responsible, and can pivot as the seasons change.

Very grateful for our Firey’s as always!

Quite a commotion this afternoon but thankfully dealt with very quickly. The bakery had very minimal impact and able to operate again this afternoon. We hope the Gidge Thai is back up and running very soon 🫶
